2) Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Hem, Shoes Height are only the basic measurements.

I ordered this in black (I have a black & white ball to go to!) I did my measurements and I was exactly a size 14 so ordered off the rack and when my beautiful dress arrived only days after receiving my e-mail that it had been shipped I was over the moon to try it on and find that it did indeed fit perfectly.
